Oh Dear.....

How could things go so wrong within three months of Mckinley Property Management taking over The Magnolia at Sandy Springs?

No one should have to deal with below-average service...especially from a company that prides itself in delivering "W.O.W." customer service.

  1. Hey. I recently signed my lease at The Reserve (formerly The Magnolia) and I am scheduled to move in in the end of August of this year (2012). I did research about this place, but I wish I had dug deeper because now I have concerns about ready every word that you have mentioned on this blog. I do want to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Magnolia. I read your review on an apartment finder site which ultimately brought me here. Is there someway that I can get in touch with you? I am assuming you no longer live at the Magnolia, but as a new tenant moving in, I have so many questions and concerns regarding this place that I would like to talk to you about.
